about — live production

New York Live Streaming

New York Live Streaming is a live event production company based in the New York metro area, serving New York City, Long Island, Westchester and New Jersey, and traveling to Miami, Dallas, Los Angeles and Chicago for multi-city and destination events. The work sits at the intersection of three disciplines: video production, live audio, and IP networking. That combination exists because most of what actually breaks a live stream happens away from the camera — a venue's upload link, a firewall, a saturated Wi-Fi network — and a production company that understands networking as well as video is better placed to keep a broadcast on air.

What we do

  • Multi-camera live streaming and webcast production for corporate and institutional events
  • Hybrid events and remote-presenter integration
  • Video production: executive messaging, event content, and edited deliverables
  • AV production and technical support — audio, screens, IMAG, presentation management — as a full package or a single component
  • Connectivity and streaming engineering: dedicated event internet, bonded cellular, Starlink, redundancy and monitoring

Why the network-engineering background matters

A live stream is a chain: microphones and cameras, a mix and a switch, an encoder, an internet path, a platform, and viewers. The visible parts are the camera and the picture. The parts that fail are usually the internet path and the network it runs on. Because the team's background includes IT and networking, connectivity is treated as an engineering problem — measured, tested and made redundant — rather than something the venue is trusted to provide.

How we work

Every event starts with the run of show, the venue and the audience, then works backward to the smallest reliable setup that serves them. We're comfortable running a full production or slotting in alongside a venue's in-house AV team or another vendor — taking or providing clean and program feeds so the roles don't collide on show day.

This site does not use invented client names, logos, testimonials, project statistics, awards or certifications. Real proof will be added as clients approve it. Contact details and service areas are drawn from the company's existing published business material.
