Corporate Live Streaming in New York

Broadcast-quality production for the meetings your leadership team cannot afford to have go wrong.

A live corporate presentation with a broadcast camera, operator and full audience

New York Live Streaming

Corporate live streaming is how leadership teams reach employees, investors and partners who are not in the room. New York Live Streaming produces these events to a broadcast standard: multiple cameras on the stage and audience, a clean feed of every presentation, professional audio with a separate broadcast mix, on-screen name and title graphics, and remote executives brought in with proper return audio. Access can be limited to a private page, an SSO-gated portal, or a registered audience. Companies hire us when the meeting is visible to the whole organization or to the market and there is no margin for a frozen screen or unintelligible audio.

The events we produce most

  • CEO and executive town halls, including global all-hands with satellite-office audiences
  • Investor days, analyst days and quarterly presentations
  • Annual and shareholder meetings
  • Sales kickoffs and national sales meetings
  • Leadership summits, board meetings and executive roundtables
  • Employee training, onboarding broadcasts and internal conferences

Private and controlled access

Most corporate clients do not want employees sent to a public social platform. Depending on the platform and your IT requirements, access can be controlled by password, unique per-viewer link, company SSO, allow-listed email domains, or a registration gate. We work with your IT and security teams during planning so the streaming path is approved before show day rather than discovered at the firewall.

We plan and integrate access controls; we do not assert specific security certifications. Any compliance requirement (SSO, data residency, retention) is confirmed with your team and the platform vendor in writing during planning.

Remote executives and hybrid audiences

When a leader presents from another city, the goal is that the in-room audience sees them clearly on the main screens and they can see and hear the room. We set up mix-minus so remote speakers never hear their own delayed audio, provide a return video feed of the stage or audience, and run a technical check with each remote presenter before the event — not five minutes before they go live.

Recording, analytics and reporting

You receive a program recording and, if requested, ISO recordings of each camera. After the event we can compile viewer analytics from the platform — peak concurrent viewers, average watch time, geography — into a short report, and cut the recording into segments for people who missed it.

Capabilities we plan and integrate

  • Multi-camera switching

Live cut between multiple professional cameras with a hardware or software switcher and a dedicated technical director.

  • Remote presenter integration

Remote speakers brought in over a conferencing bridge or dedicated link with mix-minus return audio, IFB where needed, and confidence video.

  • Private / password-protected streams

Access limited by password, unique link, SSO, or allow-listed domains depending on the platform in use.

  • PowerPoint / presentation integration

Presentation graphics taken as a clean feed (HDMI/SDI/NDI) and composited into the program with picture-in-picture or full-frame.

  • Lower thirds & titles

Speaker name/title graphics, section titles, countdown and holding screens, and sponsor bugs driven from a graphics operator.

  • Viewer analytics

Concurrent viewers, watch time, geography, and device data from the streaming platform, compiled into a post-event report.

  • Backup / redundant streams

A second encoder and network path configured as an automatic or manual failover for the primary stream.

  • Clean feed & program feed

A graphics-free 'clean' feed for press or partner distribution alongside the fully-produced 'program' feed with graphics.

  • Recording, archive & video-on-demand

Same-day or edited recordings published to a private or public library for on-demand viewing after the event.

Capabilities are scoped and confirmed per event. We do not claim certifications or assert a feature that has not been validated for your setup.

Frequently asked questions

Can you keep the broadcast private to our employees?
Yes. Access can be limited by password, unique link, company SSO, allow-listed domains, or a registration gate, depending on the platform. We confirm the exact mechanism with your IT team during planning.
Our executive is presenting from another office. How does that work?
We bring the remote presenter in over a dedicated link or conferencing bridge with mix-minus return audio so they don't hear themselves, a return video feed of the stage, and a scheduled technical check beforehand. In the room, they appear full-screen on the main displays.
Can you integrate our PowerPoint and play video clips?
Yes. We take presentation graphics as a clean feed from the presenter's laptop or the house switcher and composite them into the program, full-frame or picture-in-picture. Pre-recorded video is played back from our system on cue.
Can you take a feed from the hotel's in-house AV company?
Regularly. We can take a program feed and an audio feed from another vendor's switcher and handle only encoding, streaming and connectivity, or take a clean feed and add our own graphics and camera work.
Do you provide a recording we can send to employees who missed it?
Yes — a full program recording as standard, plus optional edited segments and social-length clips, and ISO camera recordings if you want the flexibility to re-cut in post.
