New York Live Streaming

Private live streaming restricts who can watch. Depending on the platform, access can be controlled with a shared password, unique per-viewer links, company single sign-on, allow-listed email domains, or a registration gate that approves viewers in advance. New York Live Streaming plans and configures the access method with your IT and security teams during pre-production, so the control is tested before the event rather than assumed. This suits internal town halls, board and investor communications, confidential briefings, and any event that should not be public.

Access methods, and what each is good for

Registration gateExternal audiences you pre-approveAlso captures attendee data

An honest note on security

We integrate the access controls a platform provides and confirm behavior with the vendor; we do not claim security certifications or make compliance guarantees. If you have specific requirements (data residency, retention, DRM, concurrent-login limits), we confirm what's actually achievable with your team in writing.

Capabilities we plan and integrate

  • Private / password-protected streams

Access limited by password, unique link, SSO, or allow-listed domains depending on the platform in use.

  • Viewer registration

Pre-event registration gate that collects attendee details before granting stream access.

  • Custom branded viewing pages

A branded web page hosting the player, agenda, speaker bios, downloads, and Q&A for a single event.

  • Viewer analytics

Concurrent viewers, watch time, geography, and device data from the streaming platform, compiled into a post-event report.

Capabilities are scoped and confirmed per event. We do not claim certifications or assert a feature that has not been validated for your setup.

Frequently asked questions

Can you tie viewing to individual employees?
Yes, with unique per-viewer links or SSO. Both let you report who accessed the stream.
Can we use our own single sign-on?
On platforms that support it, yes. It needs coordination with your IT team ahead of time to configure and test.
Can the recording be private too?
Yes — the on-demand recording can sit behind the same access controls as the live stream.
Can you limit viewing by geography or device count?
Some platforms offer geo-restriction and concurrent-session limits. We'll tell you which controls your chosen platform actually supports rather than promising them generically.
