Custom Web Streaming Solutions

A viewing experience on your brand and (optionally) your domain — not a generic platform page.

New York Live Streaming

A custom streaming solution is a web page or portal built around a specific event or an ongoing program, instead of sending viewers to a public platform's generic interface. It can carry your branding and domain, gate access by registration or login, and put the player alongside an agenda, speaker bios, downloads, live Q&A and a post-event replay. New York Live Streaming designs and builds these for corporate broadcasts, member organizations, and events that need a controlled, branded home for their audience.

What a custom page can include

  • Company branding and, where wanted, a custom domain
  • Registration, viewer login, password, or unique access links
  • The live player with agenda, speaker profiles and sponsor placement around it
  • Moderated Q&A, polls and chat
  • Document and resource downloads
  • Captions and, where confirmed, multiple language options
  • On-demand replay in the same branded environment after the event
  • Viewer analytics and a post-event report

Scoped to what's verified

Features are confirmed and quoted per project. Payment processing, DRM, and specific security behaviors are only included when they've been validated for your setup — we don't imply capabilities generically.

Capabilities we plan and integrate

  • Custom branded viewing pages

A branded web page hosting the player, agenda, speaker bios, downloads, and Q&A for a single event.

  • Viewer registration

Pre-event registration gate that collects attendee details before granting stream access.

  • Private / password-protected streams

Access limited by password, unique link, SSO, or allow-listed domains depending on the platform in use.

  • Audience Q&A & moderated chat

Structured question intake from in-room and online audiences, screened by a moderator before reaching the stage or host.

  • Viewer analytics

Concurrent viewers, watch time, geography, and device data from the streaming platform, compiled into a post-event report.

  • Recording, archive & video-on-demand

Same-day or edited recordings published to a private or public library for on-demand viewing after the event.

Capabilities are scoped and confirmed per event. We do not claim certifications or assert a feature that has not been validated for your setup.

Frequently asked questions

Can viewers watch on our own domain?
Yes — the page can be served from a subdomain of yours (e.g. live.yourcompany.com) with your branding.
Does the same page work for registration, live, and replay?
Yes. A single microsite can run the full lifecycle: registration beforehand, the live player during, and on-demand replay afterward.
Can you handle paid access or ticketing?
We can integrate ticketing/paywall tools when that's scoped for the project. We don't imply we directly process payments unless that's been set up and verified.
Who hosts it and what happens after the event?
We host it for the event window and an agreed period after. Long-term hosting or handover can be arranged.
