New York Live Streaming

Pay-per-view and ticketed live streaming let an audience buy access to watch an event online — a performance, a sports event, a conference, a fundraiser. New York Live Streaming produces the broadcast (cameras, audio, graphics, redundancy) and integrates a ticketing or paywall platform with a branded viewing page, so buyers get a unique access link and a replay window. Which ticketing tool fits depends on the event type, audience size and payout needs; we help choose and configure it.

What the setup involves

  • A produced live stream to broadcast standard with backup connectivity
  • A ticketing/paywall platform integrated with a branded viewing page
  • Unique per-buyer access, a defined replay window, and basic anti-sharing measures the platform supports
  • Sales and viewer analytics, and a reconciliation report

Honest scope

We integrate third-party ticketing and payment tools; we don't imply that we are the merchant of record or directly process card payments unless that has been explicitly set up for your event. DRM and hard anti-piracy guarantees are not promised generically.

Capabilities we plan and integrate

  • Custom branded viewing pages

A branded web page hosting the player, agenda, speaker bios, downloads, and Q&A for a single event.

  • Viewer registration

Pre-event registration gate that collects attendee details before granting stream access.

  • Private / password-protected streams

Access limited by password, unique link, SSO, or allow-listed domains depending on the platform in use.

  • Viewer analytics

Concurrent viewers, watch time, geography, and device data from the streaming platform, compiled into a post-event report.

  • Recording, archive & video-on-demand

Same-day or edited recordings published to a private or public library for on-demand viewing after the event.

Capabilities are scoped and confirmed per event. We do not claim certifications or assert a feature that has not been validated for your setup.

Frequently asked questions

Which ticketing platform do you use?
It depends on the event — audience size, whether it's a one-off or recurring, payout timing, and whether you need bundled physical tickets. We recommend and configure one rather than forcing a single tool.
Can buyers watch the replay?
Yes — a replay window (for example 48–72 hours, or longer) can be included with the ticket, hosted on the same branded page.
How do you stop password sharing?
Unique per-buyer links and, on platforms that support it, concurrent-stream limits. No system eliminates sharing entirely; we use the controls available and keep them proportionate.
Do we get a sales report?
Yes — tickets sold, revenue, viewer counts and watch-time, reconciled after the event.
