New York Live Streaming

AV production is the technical layer that makes an in-person event work: a sound system and microphones, screens or LED walls with image magnification (IMAG), presentation management, stage and speaker lighting, and technicians to run it. New York Live Streaming provides AV as a full package or as a single component alongside a venue's in-house team or another production company. A frequent booking is the streaming and presentation layer for an event whose room audio and screens are already handled by the hotel.

Modular by design

You can hire us for the whole production or one part of it: audio only; screens and IMAG only; presentation management only; the streaming and connectivity layer only. We coordinate with the other vendors during planning so responsibilities are clear before load-in.

    Live camera images shown on screens inside the room so a large in-person audience can see presenters clearly.

  • PowerPoint / presentation integration

    Presentation graphics taken as a clean feed (HDMI/SDI/NDI) and composited into the program with picture-in-picture or full-frame.

  • Lower thirds & titles

    Speaker name/title graphics, section titles, countdown and holding screens, and sponsor bugs driven from a graphics operator.

Frequently asked questions

Can you just handle streaming while the hotel does room AV?
Yes — that's common. We take a program feed and audio from the house switcher and handle encoding, streaming and connectivity, or take a clean feed and add our own cameras and graphics.
What is IMAG?
Image magnification: live camera images shown on screens in the room so a large in-person audience can see presenters' faces and slides clearly. It's a separate service from internet streaming, though the same cameras can feed both.
Do you provide the sound system or just operate one?
Both. We can supply and run a system sized to the room, or provide an engineer to operate a system that's already installed.
Can you manage presentations from multiple speakers?
Yes. A presentation manager collects decks in advance, runs them from a single machine, handles last-minute edits, and cues video playback so speakers just talk.
