Audio across a full dais
Multi-seat meetings live or die on microphone management — every member and every public speaker clearly captured, mixed to a clean broadcast feed, with the room system kept separate. We plan mic coverage for the specific dais and podium layout.
Archive and remote comment
The recording is delivered unedited and can be marked up by agenda item for the public record. Remote public comment can be handled through a moderated queue so residents participate without attending in person.
What makes this event different
The value is civic, not promotional. Audio intelligibility across a dais of many microphones, an accurate and complete archive (often with agenda-item indexing), captioning, and remote public comment are the defining needs. Production is deliberately plain: the record matters more than the look.
Sample camera plan
- Camera 1Wide of the full dais / chamber
- Camera 2Active speaker — dais seat or public podium
Function over polish. Often two cameras.
