The team's roots are on Long Island, and it remains a core service area across Nassau and Suffolk Counties. New York Live Streaming covers corporate meetings and conferences at Long Island business venues, catering-hall galas and fundraisers, university and school ceremonies, house of worship services, and outdoor events including golf tournaments — where bonded cellular and Starlink replace the wired internet that suburban and outdoor venues often lack.
Outdoor and suburban connectivity
The recurring Long Island challenge is connectivity at venues that were never built for broadcast — a country club ballroom, a course, a park. We survey and test carrier coverage on site and design around bonded cellular, Starlink, or both, with local recording as the safety net.
Common Long Island bookings
- Corporate meetings, conferences and town halls
- Galas and fundraisers at catering halls and country clubs
- Charity and corporate golf tournaments
- University and school commencements
- House of worship services and life-cycle events
Local production considerations
- Catering halls and country clubs vary widely in available internet — many need brought-in connectivity for a reliable stream
- Golf courses and outdoor venues require bonded cellular or Starlink, tested per camera position, plus a field power plan
- University and large-venue events may involve their own AV or IT departments to coordinate with
- Travel and staging are simpler than in the city; load-in windows are usually more flexible
Frequently asked questions
Can you stream a golf outing at a Long Island country club?
Yes — that's a regular request. Bonded cellular and Starlink for course connectivity, tested at each camera position, plus leaderboard graphics and awards coverage.
Our catering hall doesn't have real internet. What then?
We bring it — bonded cellular across carriers, or Starlink, verified at the venue before the event, with local recording as backup.
Do you cover both Nassau and Suffolk?
Yes — the whole Island, and back into the boroughs, Westchester and New Jersey.
