Queens covers a lot of ground and event types: corporate offices and venues in Long Island City, cultural institutions, a dense network of houses of worship, schools, and sports facilities. New York Live Streaming produces streaming and multi-camera coverage across the borough, planning connectivity per venue — LIC towers often have solid infrastructure, while community halls and outdoor fields need brought-in cellular or satellite links.
Common Queens bookings
- Corporate meetings and town halls in Long Island City
- House of worship services across the borough's many congregations
- School graduations and ceremonies
- Youth and amateur sports at borough facilities
- Community and cultural events
Local production considerations
- Long Island City corporate venues generally have good building internet; community and religious venues often do not
- Sports facilities and fields need on-site connectivity testing per position and a power plan
- Proximity to LaGuardia means some outdoor sites have aircraft noise to plan audio around
- Parking and staging is easier than Manhattan but load-in access still varies by building
Frequently asked questions
Can you stream a game at a Queens sports facility?
Yes — a multi-camera setup with connectivity tested at the venue (venue Ethernet indoors, bonded cellular or Starlink for fields) and scoreboard graphics.
Do LIC office buildings usually have good enough internet?
Often yes, but we still test measured upload and firewall behavior rather than assume, and keep a backup path ready for important events.
Can you handle a service at a smaller congregation with limited tech?
Yes — a discreet, simple setup, and for recurring services we can install a fixed configuration your volunteers can run.
